“To Read” of the Week

There is an inexhaustible list of books, novels, stories, articles to read constantly floating around my brain and my iPhone (interchangeable), so I figured it’d be helpful to put them somewhere a bit more tangible. I also take recommendations to heart, because I only recommend things to people when I really want them to watch/read/listen to them, so that might help, too.

Blink by Malcom Gladwell (I started reading this at Dan’s house and probably would have stolen it if he wasn’t in the process of reading it)

Scar Tissue by Anthony Kiedis (if this book comes up one more time, I might have to eat it)

Global Burn-Out by Pascal Chabot

In Praise of Slowness by Carl Honore

(Note: new heroine of the week, Arianna Huffington)

Our Lady of 121st St by Stephen Adly Guirgis (recommended to me by an unexpected theatre buff)

The Diving Bell and the Butterfly by Jean-Dominique Bauby  (thanks, Danny)
