I have decided to complete a self-imposed “February Yoga Challenge,” during which I will do yoga every day for the entire month. I will draw inspiration from various other “yoga challenges” out there, as well as a yoga studio here in Jerez, YouTube videos, and my own personal practice.
As part of the challenge, I will keep a video diary of my progress. The idea is to record one every day (though I won’t be posting these) so I have something to look back on, and to give myself incentive to achieve it.
Here is my first recording from yesterday–a very honest (and rough…) beginning to what I hope will be an enlightening and fulfilling month. My goal is that this challenge will help craft a healthier mind and body balance to guide me through the rest of 2015! Namaste 🙂
UPDATE: The challenge was a success! I’m in the process of putting together my video of the challenge.
